MEET OUR TEAM

MARY PICIOCCHI, PRINCIPAL AND FOUNDER

Mary brings almost 20 years of “big law firm” experience to her clients. She advises emerging-growth and late-stage companies in everything from initial formation to sales, fundraising, employee and equity compensation matters, commercial and licensing agreements, acquisitions, and all matters in between. She also assists executives with negotiating employment and exit packages.

Mary’s clients receive in-depth, personalized consultation and communication, plus top-quality and current legal advice. Mary understands that clients’ business needs must come first, and she gives the most pragmatic and effective legal advice possible. Through her, Piciocchi Legal provides attention that a large, faceless firm can't: Mary becomes a key player on every client’s team through direct collaboration and skilled consultation.
